We offer a wide variety of cardiovascular and muscle strengthening classes, including the popular LES MILLS™ fitness classes. Take a class and leave more energized, confident and inspired.
From walkers to elite runners, all levels of fitness welcome. Your Coach has four different fitness programs depending on your skill level and is there to help with form, pace, and speed. This club builds great friendships and walking/running partners. We meet in the front lobby near the membership lounge.
Turn Up and Tone™ stays true to the Turn Up™ experience while adding another layer of strength training as a major focus! We will tap into our warrior and our goddess at the same time. Class will end with some great stretching and shavasana!
