Cardio/Strength
Our bodies are made to move. Moving increases blood flow to our muscles, strengthens our heart and lungs, and teaches our heart to work more efficiently. We offer a wide variety of cardiovascular and muscle strengthening classes, including the popular LES MILLS™ fitness classes. Take a class and leave more energized, confident and inspired.
MIND BODY
Our Mind and Body Studio hosts yoga, barre and Pilates-based classes suited for all fitness levels. Whether you’re new to Pilates, an experienced yogi or just looking for a calming workout, our mind and body classes will gently work every muscle and emotion as you become more centered, flexible and fit. Leave class feeling centered and less stressed.
Dance
Move and shake your hips while burning calories and having a blast! Our dance classes are unique, fun, and choreographed to help your body move to the beat! Try any of our Zumba® classes or dance away in a hip-hop or BODYJAM™ class. More a party than a workout!
CYCLE
Find yourself crossing the Alps or simply tooling around the neighborhood in one of our many spin classes. Our Spin Studio features Keiser bikes with micro-adjusting handlebars and seat posts for a truly comfortable ride while you work out to inspiring tunes and vivid visuals.
Low Impact
For those just starting a workout regimen or recovering from injury, low-impact workouts are an effective approach. Our low-impact classes are structured to be just as fun as our regular classes, but easier on the body and joints and a terrific way to get in a heart-pumping workout while reducing the risk of injury.
